convivium
I feel as though the harder you work toward something the less you might achieve. Allowing the events to unfold unaltered is very challenging. People mistakingly believe they are in control, to an extent you are, but outcomes are generated, in my opinion, flawlessly by nature. You sort of set the stage and allow nature to be the star. If you really trust it, great things will happen. Events, people, places and things will float into your life if you really allow nature to perform her duties. So back to the first sentence I wrote. When you try full bore to generate outcomes in your life, you're altering many variables that nature allows you access to, but in reality should be private. The outcomes are not what they should be, at least by nature's intention. They will be what they should be should you allow yourself to perform what is necessary for you to feel happy.
